NOTE: The Grant/Cheetah vs. Underdogs bout ended with a questionable finish and Cheetah relinquished his half of the belts. Grant defended the belts alone until the 5/22/00 edition of Monday Night Metal, when Mr. Reaves declared Ricky Magnum the other half of the champions, until there was a proper Grant&Cheetah/Underdogs rematch.

NOTE(s): At Carnage Bowl 2003, Clown suffered an injury at the hands of Adam "Tombstone" Holiday. HOP was the sole champion for several days, until the 2/03/03 edition of Firefights!, when Nikita Ironfist joined the New Era Highway and took over Clown's half of the titles. In the same evening, the Truth and Eno Redrum wrestled HOP and Ironfist to an indecisive finish. The belts were split, with Eno and the Truth declared the tag champions of Vortex and HOP and Nikita made the tag champions of Firefights!
NOTE 2: On 03/03/03, the Truth was determined to be missing in action, and Eno Redrum was allowed to choose a partner. Will Storm came out and helped Eno in a match against Trey Reed and Damien Simons and was thus determined to be the second tag champion.
NOTE 3: On 03/10/03, Eno Redrum was injured at the hands of House of Pain prior to their match. Will Storm was allowed to choose a mystery partner for the unification bout at Survival of the Fittest 5. The mystery partner was H-Jay, and the two defeated Sputnik and House of Pain to determine the TRUE tag champs.
-Hardcore Perfection (Will Storm/H-Jay) on 3/17/03 @ Survival of the Fittest V.
NOTE(s): Hardcore Perfection's straps were merged with the NEGWA and EGWA tag titles on 06.01.03 @ Three Day WresleFest: DAY THREE. Titles billed as Unified World Tag Team Championship.
NOTE 2: On 06/23/03, Hardcore Perfection threw the titles into a garbage can and announced that they were retiring the belts, since the Pimp Ryders (Joel Dinero and Pete Dawg) failed to defeat them in a title match that night in the main event.
