NOTES: After the "Too Extreme For Television Title was vacated on 4/5/99, a tourney was announced to merge the ETV Title with the US Title, but it was later announced that since Mr. Reaves reitred and Stunnin Steve was now in cahrge, Steve had no rights over any ICW Title (The US title was origonally the ICW Intercontinental Title), so Stunnin Steve decided to retire the EXTREME Title, and redecide the Television Title as the prize for the tourney winner.

-Hawk Manson (1) was declared the new holder of the Television Title after he won the tourney finals at Survival of the Fittest 1999 on 5/02/99 after beating Trey Reed and Riptide in the final four that night.
