NOTE: Title vacated on 05.19.03 when Bay is fired from the NEW by president Jade Diamond.
-Alex Brown wins battle royale for vacated title on 05.30.03 @ Three Day WrestleFest: DAY ONE.

NOTE: Title vacated on 07.09.03 when Alex Brown jumps ship to the Tennessee Wrestling Federation. A tournament is promptly established to fill the vacant title, but is promptly scrapped and the title is abandoned.
